DFO has approved a reopening of the 2014 PEI Commercial Halibut Fishery for those with 98 kg or less in previous landings of halibut.  The opening is scheduled for Tuesday, September 23rd to Thurs September 25th.  New limitations and changes will be in place for this reopening.  New license conditiosn will be released on Monday, PLEASE READ CONDITIONS as there are new limitations noted.
