RE: Remaining Halibut Quota

We have been receiving numerous calls in the office regarding the remaining halibut quota.We have talked with Department of Fisheries and Oceans and they have confirmed that the entire remaining PEI halibut fleet quota not caught in 2015 will be added to the PEI fleet quota in 2016.

The remaining quota being carried forward is 7.8 t.
