NEW LICENCE CONDITION FOR LOBSTER AND CRAB FISH HARVESTERS IN THE GULF REGION

The present notice is intended to advise all fish harvesters in the Gulf Region that there will be a new clause added to the licence conditions for the lobster and crab fisheries which will clearly state that each trap shall only have one DFO issued tag securely attached to the frame of the trap. This tag must be valid for the current fishing season.  Please note that all other tags on the trap must be removed.

Should you require additional information, please contact your local fishery officer.
