RECREATIONAL GROUNDFISH FISHERY

2013 Recreational Cod Fishery


 In waters adjacent to the Province of New Brunswick:
From sunrise to sunset each day from July 13 to August 18, 2013.

 In waters adjacent to the Province of Prince Edward Island: From sunrise to sunset each day from August 31 to October 6, 2013.

 In waters from the border of New Brunswick/Nova Scotia to Cape North, Victoria County, Nova Scotia:
From sunrise to sunset from August 3 to September 8, 2013.
Recreational fishers will be permitted to catch and retain, in any day, a bag limit of 15 (fifteen) groundfish of all species in the aggregate of which no more than 5 (five) cod and/or white hake, and 0 (zero) retention haddock, pollock, halibut, northern wolfish, Atlantic wolfish, and spotted wolfish.
