The 2026 LFA 25 fall lobster season will open as scheduled at 6AM, Monday, August 10^th. This was confirmed this morning on the annual DFO opening day weather call with industry stakeholders. Wishing all LFA 25 fishers a safe setting day and a prosperous season.
